NORÉVA does not offer direct exchanges .

If a customer wishes to receive a different size, color, or model, they must:

1. Request a return for the eligible item

2. Place a new order on the website

This policy is necessary due to the international logistics involved in the dropshipping model.

Practical Example

If the selected size does not fit, the customer may return the eligible item and place a new order with the correct size.
